1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1 lb ground pork or sausage meat
1 egg (for egg wash + binding)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried thyme
Optional: sesame seeds for topping
