400g shrimp (chopped)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup shredded cheddar 🧀
2 green onions (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
🌯 Egg Rolls:
10–12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
🌶️ Jalapeño Ranch Dip:
½ cup ranch dressing
1 jalapeño (finely chopped) 🌶️
1 tbsp lime juice 🍋
Pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make filling
Mix shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic, and spices
2️⃣ Assemble egg rolls
Place filling in wrapper
Roll tightly and seal edges
3️⃣ Fry
