2 salmon fillets
200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Season salmon and shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook salmon fillets skin-side down first for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
