Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
– 8 oz pasta
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
– 1 tbsp butter
– Grated parmesan cheese for serving
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Sauté until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.
5. Serve hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese on top.
