Ingredients:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:
Cook the Potatoes:
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sear the Steak:
Increase the heat to medium-high and add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add shrimp and minced garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
Combine Everything:
Lower the heat to medium and return the steak, shrimp, and potatoes to the skillet. Add the remaining butter and toss everything together until coated in garlic butter. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve:
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
