Garlic-Infused Lobster Tails with Herb Sauce

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, exposing the meat. Pull the meat slightly out of the shell, leaving the end attached.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the garlic herb butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
Bake the lobster tails for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste the lobster with more garlic butter halfway through the cooking process.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for added flavor.
