108 grams of protein – O points – maybe 2 for the cocktail sauce. Steamed Shrimp. So good. A different kind of snacking. 1lb of 26-30 shrimp steamed.
**Update** some people took great offense to the number of protein I stated. Wow, people have a lot of time on their hands…so I checked.
To be clear – the WW app gave me the number 108 when I entered 16oz of shrimp.
it as 94 grams of protein, and the actual package of shrimp (which I fished out of the garbage to check given people felt so strongly about it) listed 68 grams for all 4 4 oz servings.
To be honest, my point was this is a high protein, LOW fat, low sugar option for a snack.
I didn’t intend to go into the weeds of the number of grams of protein, but there you have it.
Even at 68 grams – I’ll take it. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ beats potato chips was more the point I was trying to make. Sigh.
