🥩 Beef Stew with Peppers 🌶️

Ingredients :
500 g beef strips
️ 1 red pepper, cut into strips
️ 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
️ 1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
⚫ Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Wash and cut the peppers in strips. Grind the onion and chop the garlic.
Heat the oil: In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the beef: Add the beef strips to the hot pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is nicely golden brown. Remove the beef and set aside.
Stir fry vegetables: In the same pan, add the chopped onion and simmer for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Then add black pepper and minced garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes until the peppers are tender but still crispy.
Add soy sauce: Return the beef to the pan with the vegetables. Add the soy sauce and mix well. Let cook for another 2-3 minutes for the flavors to blend.
Serve: Remove from heat and serve hot. This dish pairs well with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
