3 cups cooked rice (best if cold/refrigerated overnight)

3 green onions (chopped)

2–3 tbsp oil or butter

🍳 1. Cook proteins
Heat pan or wok with oil
Cook chicken until golden, then set aside
Quickly sauté shrimp until pink, then remove
