1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp oil
🌶️ Veggies:
1 red bell pepper (sliced) 🌶️
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced) 🧅
2 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
🥣 Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp honey or sugar 🍯
½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
🍚 Rice:
2 cups cooked white or brown rice
🥔 Crispy Potatoes:
3 medium potatoes (cut into cubes)
2 tbsp oil
Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook potatoes
Toss potatoes with oil and spices
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes (or air fry 15–20 min)
Cook until crispy and golden
2️⃣ Cook rice
Prepare rice and keep warm
3️⃣ Cook chicken
Stir-fry chicken in hot pan until golden
Remove and set aside
4️⃣ Stir-fry veggies
Cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp
Add garlic and sauté briefly
5️⃣ Make sauce
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and broth
Return chicken
Add cornstarch slurry and cook until glossy
6️⃣ Assemble plate
Add rice, top with chicken stir-fry
