π Ingredients
8 hot dogs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup thick chili (beef chili or canned chili)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Oil for frying or cooking spray (for air fryer)
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven or air fryer to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into small circles.
Add a spoon of chili + a cube of hot dog + cheese in the center.
Wrap and seal tightly into a ball shape.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle paprika + garlic powder.
Air fry or bake for 12β15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving (cheese will be very hot π₯).
