๐Ÿ… 2 tbsp ketchup
๐Ÿ‹ Juice of 2 limes
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1โ€“2 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)

๐Ÿ… 1 tomato, diced
๐Ÿฅ‘ 1 avocado, diced
๐ŸŒฟ 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

๐Ÿง‚ Salt & pepper to taste
๐Ÿ˜ Saltine crackers or tostadas for serving

๐Ÿฆ Boil shrimp in salted water for 2โ€“3 minutes until pink.
โ„๏ธ Drain and immediately cool shrimp in ice water, then chop into bite-size pieces.
๐Ÿ… In a large bowl, mix tomato juice, ketchup, lime juice, and hot sauce.
๐Ÿง… Add chopped onion, tomato, jalapeรฑo, and cilantro.
