300g chicken liver (kaleji)
300g chicken gizzards (pota)
3 tbsp oil or ghee
1 large onion (finely sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped or blended)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger paste
1โ2 green chilies (optional)

1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish

1. Build masala base
Heat oil or ghee. Fry onions until golden brown. Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies.

Add tomatoes and spices. Cook until oil separates and masala becomes thick.
๐ 3. Add pota (gizzards)
Add chicken gizzards first and cook for 10โ12 minutes until tender.

Add chicken liver and cook 6โ8 minutes only (donโt overcook or it gets tough).
