300g chicken liver (kaleji)
300g chicken gizzards (pota)
3 tbsp oil or ghee
1 large onion (finely sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped or blended)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger paste
1β2 green chilies (optional)
πΏ Spices
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish

1. Build masala base
Heat oil or ghee. Fry onions until golden brown. Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
π 2. Cook tomatoes
Add tomatoes and spices. Cook until oil separates and masala becomes thick.
π 3. Add pota (gizzards)
Add chicken gizzards first and cook for 10β12 minutes until tender.

Add chicken liver and cook 6β8 minutes only (donβt overcook or it gets tough).

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.
