2 large chicken breasts (halved into cutlets)
1 cup breadcrumbs
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups marinara sauce
1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella
Β½ cup olive oil (for frying)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh basil (for garnish)

Prepare Chicken
Pound chicken to even thickness.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Bread the Chicken
Dredge in flour β dip in beaten eggs β coat with breadcrumbs + Parmesan.
Fry Until Crispy
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Fry chicken 3β4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Add Sauce & Cheese
Place chicken in baking dish.
Spoon marinara over each piece.
Top with mozzarella.
Bake
