Beef & Shrimp Noodle Bowl ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”น 150g beef, sliced thin ๐Ÿฅฉ
๐Ÿ”น 6-8 shrimp, peeled & deveined ๐Ÿค

๐Ÿ”น 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
๐Ÿ”น 1 cup leafy greens ๐Ÿฅฌ
๐Ÿ”น 2 green onions, chopped ๐ŸŒฟ

โœ… For the Broth:
๐Ÿ”น 4 cups beef broth ๐Ÿฒ
๐Ÿ”น 2 tbsp soy sauce ๐Ÿฅข
๐Ÿ”น 1 tbsp oyster sauce
๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp sesame oil ๐Ÿฅœ
๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp chili flakes (optional) ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
๐Ÿ”น 1 tbsp garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
๐Ÿ”น 1 tbsp ginger, minced

Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Broth: In a pot, heat sesame oil and sautรฉ garlic & ginger. Add broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili flakes. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
2๏ธโƒฃ Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3๏ธโƒฃ Sear the Beef & Shrimp: In a hot pan, cook beef slices for 2 minutes per side. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
4๏ธโƒฃ Assemble the Bowl: Place noodles in a bowl, pour hot broth over, and top with beef, shrimp, and fresh veggies. Garnish with green onions.
