For the Broth:
๐น 4 cups beef broth ๐ฒ
๐น 2 tbsp soy sauce ๐ฅข
๐น 1 tbsp oyster sauce
๐น 1 tsp sesame oil ๐ฅ
๐น 1 tsp chili flakes (optional) ๐ถ๏ธ
๐น 1 tbsp garlic, minced ๐ง
๐น 1 tbsp ginger, minced
Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Broth: In a pot, heat sesame oil and sautรฉ garlic & ginger. Add broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili flakes. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3๏ธโฃ Sear the Beef & Shrimp: In a hot pan, cook beef slices for 2 minutes per side. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
