300β400 g fettuccine or pasta of choice
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: parsley, chili flakes

Cook pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve Β½ cup pasta water.
Cook chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in butter until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make Alfredo sauce
In the same pan sautΓ© garlic for 1 minute. Add cream and simmer gently.
Add Parmesan
Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
Combine everything
Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan. Toss until coated. Use pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
