Cheesy Egg Muffins

These protein-packed egg muffins are fluffy, cheesy, and perfect for a busy morning!
Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup diced red bell pepper
¼ cup green onions
½ cup cooked bacon
¼ cup milk
Salt & pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Mix in cheese, peppers, onions, and bacon.
Pour mixture into muffin tin.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
Enjoy with a side of toast!
