2 salmon fillets
250g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning πΆοΈ
Salt & black pepper
π§ Garlic Cream Sauce
3 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic (minced) π§
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup chicken broth (or water)
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili flakes (optional π₯)
1 tsp lemon juice π

Season the seafood
Coat salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper
Sear salmon
Heat olive oil in pan
Cook salmon 3β4 min per side until golden
Remove and set aside
Cook shrimp
In same pan, cook shrimp 1β2 minutes per side until pink
Remove and set aside
Make garlic cream sauce
Melt butter in pan
Add garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant
Pour in broth + cream
Thicken sauce
Add Parmesan, paprika, chili flakes
Stir until creamy and slightly thick
Combine everything
Return salmon + shrimp to pan
Spoon sauce over and simmer 2β3 minutes
Finish
Add lemon juice and serve hot
