For the eggs:

6 large eggs
6–12 small cooked shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp mayonnaise

👨‍🍳 Instructions
Boil eggs for 10–12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
