🥬 Bok Choy
4–5 heads baby bok choy (halved lengthwise)
1 tbsp olive oil (or sesame oil)
🌶️ Ginger Chili Sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1–2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp sesame oil
👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Bok Choy
Wash thoroughly and cut in halves.
Pat dry to avoid excess water.
2️⃣ Sear the Bok Choy
Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Place bok choy cut-side down.

Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
