SPICY SEAFOOD RICE WITH RED SAUCE

❗Ingredients:

1 cup of white rice
1 lb of mixed seafood (shrimp, calamari, mussels)
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish

❗Directions:

Step 1: Preparing the Seafood
Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the mixed seafood and cook until slightly browned.

Step 2: Adding Flavors
Stir in the diced tomatoes, red bell pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.

Step 3: Cooking the Rice
In a separate pot, cook the white rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork.

Step 4: Combining the Rice and Seafood
Mix the cooked rice into the seafood and red sauce mixture. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Step 5: Serving
Serve the spicy seafood rice with red sauce in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
