Garlic Butter Baked Sea Bass with Lemon & Herbs

Ingredients:
βœ… 2 sea bass fillets (or any white fish) 🐟
βœ… 3 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’
βœ… 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 🧈
βœ… 3 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„
βœ… 1 tsp salt & pepper πŸ§‚
βœ… 1 tsp smoked paprika 🌢
βœ… 1/2 tsp dried oregano 🌿
βœ… 1 tbsp fresh thyme πŸƒ
βœ… 1 lemon, sliced πŸ‹
βœ… 8-10 cherry tomatoes πŸ…

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2️⃣ Prepare fish: Pat the fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
3️⃣ Garlic butter mix: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil. Brush over the fish.
4️⃣ Arrange in baking dish: Place fillets in a baking dish with cherry tomatoes and lemon slices around them. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
5️⃣ Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish is flaky and skin is crispy.
6️⃣ Serve & enjoy: Drizzle extra lemon juice before serving! 🍽
