Garlic Butter Baked Sea Bass with Lemon & Herbs

Ingredients:

2 sea bass fillets (or any white fish) π

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted π§

3 cloves garlic, minced π§

1 tsp salt & pepper π§

1 tsp smoked paprika πΆ

1/2 tsp dried oregano πΏ

1 tbsp fresh thyme π

1 lemon, sliced π

8-10 cherry tomatoes π
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2οΈβ£ Prepare fish: Pat the fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
3οΈβ£ Garlic butter mix: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil. Brush over the fish.
4οΈβ£ Arrange in baking dish: Place fillets in a baking dish with cherry tomatoes and lemon slices around them. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
5οΈβ£ Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish is flaky and skin is crispy.
