Seared Steak with Quinoa Salad and Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice), seared to desired doneness
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4-5 grilled shrimp
Fresh greens (such as arugula or spinach)
Creamy sauce (e.g., garlic aioli or ranch dressing)
Instructions:

Cook the steak to your desired doneness, then slice it thinly against the grain.
In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, diced cucumber, bell pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Grill shrimp until golden and cooked through.
Arrange the steak slices, quinoa salad, grilled shrimp, and fresh greens on a rustic plate.
Serve with a small bowl of creamy sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
