Baked Rigatoni with Meat Sauce

Ingredients:
12 oz rigatoni pasta π
1 lb ground beef or pork (or a mix) π₯©
2 cups marinara sauce π
1 cup ricotta cheese π§
1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese π§
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
1 teaspoon garlic powder π§
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning πΏ
Salt and pepper to taste π§
Fresh parsley for garnish πΏ
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Cook the Pasta:
Boil the rigatoni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Meat Sauce:
In a large skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Assemble the Baked Pasta:
In a baking dish, combine the cooked rigatoni and meat sauce. Stir in the ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake:
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
