π Description
Flaky golden pastry pockets filled with warm cinnamon-spiced apple filling β like mini apple pies you can hold in your hand. Perfect dessert or snack.
π Ingredients
π₯ Dough
2 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
Β½ tsp salt
1 cup cold butter (cubed)
6β8 tbsp ice water
1 egg (for egg wash)
π Apple Filling
3 large apples (peeled & diced)

cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch
π¨βπ³ Steps
1. Make the dough
Mix flour, sugar, salt β cut in cold butter β add ice water slowly β form dough β chill 30 min.
2. Cook the filling
Cook apples + sugar + cinnamon + lemon juice for 6β8 min β add cornstarch β thicken β cool.
3. Assemble
Roll dough β cut circles β add filling β fold into half-moons β seal edges with fork.
4. Bake
Brush with egg wash β bake at 190Β°C (375Β°F) for 20β25 min until golden.
