3 large apples (peeled & diced)

1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch

1. Make the dough

Mix flour, sugar, salt β†’ cut in cold butter β†’ add ice water slowly β†’ form dough β†’ chill 30 min.

2. Cook the filling

Cook apples + sugar + cinnamon + lemon juice for 6–8 min β†’ add cornstarch β†’ thicken β†’ cool.

3. Assemble

Roll dough β†’ cut circles β†’ add filling β†’ fold into half-moons β†’ seal edges with fork.

4. Bake
