Ingredients:
β€’ 300g mixed fish
β€’ 400g mashed potatoes
β€’ 2 tbsp flour, 300ml milk
β€’ 50g grated cheddar
β€’ Butter, herbs

Steps:
1. Poach fish, make white sauce.
2. Mix fish with sauce, pour in dish.
3. Top with cheesy mash.
4. Bake at 200Β°C for 30 min.
