Seaside Steak Supreme

Ingredients: – 4 ribeye steaks – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 onion, chopped – 1 bell pepper, sliced – 1 cup cherry tomatoes – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – Salt and pepper to taste – 1/4 cup white wine – 1/2 cup beef broth – 2 tablespoons butter Directions: Step 1: Sear the Steaks Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Step 2: Saute the Vegetables In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are softened. Step 3: Deglaze the Pan Pour in the white wine and beef broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Step 4: Simmer Add the oregano and butter to the skillet. Return the steaks to the pan and simmer for a few minutes until the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness.
