🥔 Baked Potatoes
4 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
🍤 Seafood Filling
300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
150g crab meat (optional but recommended)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
🧀 Creamy Cheese Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
👨‍🍳 Instructions
🥔 1. Bake potatoes

Rub potatoes with olive oil and salt. Bake at 200°C for 50–60 minutes until soft inside.

🍤 2. Cook seafood

In a pan, melt butter. Add garlic, then shrimp and crab. Season with paprika, pepper, chili flakes, and lemon juice. Cook until shrimp is pink.

🧀 3. Make cheese sauce

Heat cream, then stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Cut open baked potatoes and fluff inside. Add seafood mixture, then pour over creamy cheese sauce.
