🛒 Ingredients
4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or haddock)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

🐟 1. Season fish

Pat fish dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

🔥 2. Pan-sear

Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook fish 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.

Return fish to the pan and spoon sauce over fillets.
