4 salmon fillets
1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
3 tbsp butter (melted)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lemon (sliced + juice)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh)
👨🍳 Instructions
Prepare foil packets
Lay out foil sheets and place asparagus in the center of each.
Season salmon
Place salmon fillets on top of asparagus. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Make lemon garlic butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
Assemble
