300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
3 tbsp butter π§
4 garlic cloves (minced) π§
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
π§ Cheesy Mac
250g macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 Β½ cups cheddar cheese π§
Β½ cup mozzarella
Salt & pepper
π Seasoned Rice
2 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
π¨βπ³ Step-by-Step Instructions
π§ 1. Make cheesy mac
Cook macaroni and drain
Melt butter, add flour (make roux)
Slowly add milk, whisk until thick
Stir in cheese until melted
Mix with pasta until creamy
π 2. Prepare rice
Heat butter in pan
Add cooked rice + garlic powder + salt
Stir-fry lightly for flavor

Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika
Sear in hot pan with oil (2β3 min per side)
Remove and rest

In same pan, add butter + garlic
Add shrimp and cook until pink (2β3 min)
