300g shrimp (peeled & deveined) ๐ค
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp oil
๐ Rice:
3 cups cooked day-old rice (best for frying)
๐ฅ Veggies:
1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
2 green onions (chopped)
๐ณ Extras:
2 eggs (beaten)
๐ฏ Teriyaki Sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar ๐ฏ
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp garlic (minced) ๐ง
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1 tsp sesame oil

1๏ธโฃ Cook shrimp
Heat oil in a large pan
Season shrimp and cook 1โ2 minutes per side
Remove and set aside

In same pan, scramble eggs and set aside

Add a little oil
