1 tbsp oil

3 cups cooked day-old rice (best for frying)

1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
2 green onions (chopped)

2 eggs (beaten)

4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar ๐Ÿฏ
1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

Heat oil in a large pan
