1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
Β½ cup cornstarch
Oil for frying

3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey π―
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Dip in egg, then coat in cornstarch

Remove and drain
