🛒 Ingredients
🍏 Apple Filling:
2 apples (peeled, chopped)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
🍰 Bread Batter:
120g sugar
100g brown sugar
2 eggs
120ml milk
100ml vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
🍯 Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Apples
Mix chopped apples with sugar and cinnamon
Set aside to release juices
2️⃣ Make Batter
Whisk sugars, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla
Add flour, baking powder, and salt → mix until smooth
3️⃣ Layer the Bread
Grease a loaf pan
Pour half the batter
Add half the apple mixture
Repeat layers and lightly swirl
4️⃣ Bake
Bake at 180°C for 45–50 minutes
Let cool completely
5️⃣ Glaze
Mix glaze ingredients until smooth
Drizzle over cooled bread
