🍗 Sticky Chicken Fried Rice Bowl

🛒 Ingredients
🍗 Sticky Chicken:
500g chicken breast (cubed)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
🍚 Fried Rice:
3 cups cooked rice (day-old works best)
2 eggs
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter or oil
2 green onions (chopped)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Sticky Chicken
Heat a pan with a little oil
Add chicken and cook until golden
Add garlic + ginger → sauté 1 min
Pour soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, oyster sauce
Let simmer until thick and sticky (caramelized glaze 🔥)
2️⃣ Make Fried Rice
In another pan, scramble eggs and set aside
Add butter/oil → sauté vegetables
Add cooked rice → stir-fry on high heat
Pour soy sauce → mix well
Add scrambled eggs + green onions
3️⃣ Assemble Bowl
Add fried rice to bowl
Top with sticky chicken
Garnish with sesame seeds or extra green onions
