📝 Description

A cool, creamy Greek yogurt sauce packed with cucumber, garlic, lemon, and fresh dill — refreshing, tangy, and perfect with grilled meats, gyros, or pita bread.

🛒 Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber (grated & squeezed dry)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh dill (or mint)
Salt & black pepper

1. Prepare cucumber

Grate cucumber → squeeze out excess water using a cloth or paper towel.

2. Mix base

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

3. Season

Add dill, salt, and pepper → mix well.

4. Chill
