Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 can (5-6 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
2 tbsp mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of bread (your choice: whole wheat, sourdough, or white)
Lettuce leaves or tomato slices (optional)
Instructions:
Mix Tuna Salad: In a bowl, combine the flaked tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare Bread: Lightly toast the bread slices, if desired.
Assemble the Sandwich: Spread the tuna mixture evenly over one slice of bread. Top with lettuce or tomato, if using.
Finish and Serve: Place the second slice of bread on top. Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
