Grilled Chicken with Fresh Tomato, Cucumber & Tzatziki

A light, Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring tender grilled chicken, crisp veggies, and a creamy, tangy tzatziki sauce.

📝 Ingredients

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp dried oregano

1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

For the Salad:

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cucumber, sliced

1 tbsp fresh dill, for garnish

🍽️ Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate & Grill the Chicken

In a bowl, coat the chicken strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.

2️⃣ Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce

Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

3️⃣ Assemble & Serve

Arrange the grilled chicken alongside the sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes on a plate.

Top with a generous spoonful of tzatziki and sprinkle with fresh dill.

Serve immediately and enjoy this fresh, flavorful meal!
