These Crab Stuffed Egg Rolls are fire ππ₯

Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
β’ 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
β’ 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
β’ 1 green onion, finely chopped
β’ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
β’ 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or any seafood seasoning)
β’ Pinch of Creole seasoning
β’ Salt and pepper, to taste
β’ Egg roll wrappers
β’ Oil for frying
Spicy Mayo Sauce:
β’ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
β’ 1-2 tsp Sriracha or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
β’ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
β’ A squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Make the Filling:
β’ In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onion, garlic powder, Creole seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Assemble the Egg Rolls:
β’ Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you (diamond shape).
β’ Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the crab filling onto the lower corner of the wrapper.
β’ Fold the corner closest to you over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly. Moisten the top corner with a bit of water to seal the roll.
3. Fry the Egg Rolls:
β’ Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat (around 350Β°F / 175Β°C).
β’ Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
β’ Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Make the Spicy Mayo Sauce:
β’ In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, smoked paprika, and lemon juice until smooth.
5. Serve:
β’ Drizzle or dip the egg rolls with the spicy mayo sauce and enjoy them while warm!
