🥩 Pork
400g pork shoulder or tenderloin (bite-size pieces)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
1 egg
½ cup cornstarch
🥣 Sweet & Sour Sauce (Authentic Balance)
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ cup water
1 tsp cornstarch

1 bell pepper (chunks)
1 onion (chunks)

Marinate pork
Mix pork with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and egg
Coat with cornstarch for crispy texture
Fry pork
