🍝 Surf & Turf Pasta Feast 🦐🥩🔥😋

🛒 Ingredients

🥩 Ribs:

🥩 600g beef ribs (or short ribs)
🧂 Salt and black pepper
🌶️ 1 tsp paprika
🧄 3 garlic cloves, minced
🍯 1 tbsp honey
🍅 2 tbsp tomato paste
🍲 1 cup beef broth

🦐 Shrimp Pasta:

🍝 300g pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
🦐 300g shrimp, peeled & deveined
🧈 3 tbsp butter
🧄 4 garlic cloves, minced
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 1 cup parmesan cheese
🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🧂 Salt & pepper
🌶️ Chili flakes (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
🥩 Slow Ribs
🧂 Season ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
🔥 Sear ribs in a hot pan until browned on all sides.
🧄 Add garlic, tomato paste, honey, and beef broth.
⏳ Cover and simmer for 2–3 hours (or bake at 160°C) until tender and falling off the bone.
🍝 Creamy Shrimp Pasta
🍝 Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
🧈 In a pan, melt butter and sauté 🧄 garlic until fragrant.
🦐 Add shrimp and cook until pink (2–3 minutes). Remove and set aside.
🥛 Pour in cream, add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
🧀 Stir in parmesan until smooth and creamy.
🍝 Add pasta and toss well. Return shrimp and mix everything together.
🍽️ Serve
🍝 Plate creamy shrimp pasta first.
🥩 Add tender ribs on the side.
🥄 Spoon extra sauce over everything for maximum flavor.
