Crispy Chicken
1½ lbs chicken thighs or tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
Fries
4 large potatoes (or frozen fries)
Salt to taste
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Oil for frying or air frying
Optional Sauce
½ cup mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder

Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
