🛒 Ingredients
200g steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
200g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
250g noodles (egg noodles or udon)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp ginger (grated)
1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
2 green onions (chopped)
🥣 Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Cook the Noodles
Boil noodles until tender. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Steak
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or wok.
Sear steak quickly until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove.
Stir-Fry Vegetables
Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add vegetables and cook 3–4 minutes.
Combine Everything
Return steak and shrimp to the pan.
Add sauce mixture and stir well.
Add Noodles
Toss noodles in and mix until fully coated.
Serve
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
