Meatloaf
1 kg ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried thyme or parsley
Bacon Wrap
10β12 strips bacon
Glaze
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp vinegar

Preheat oven
Set oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Mix the meat
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Mix gently (donβt overwork).
Shape the loaf
Form into a loaf shape on a baking tray or in a loaf pan.
Wrap with bacon
