Savory Beef Wellington Recipe

Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry 🥐
1 lb ground beef 🥩
1 onion 🧅 (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp fresh thyme 🌿 (for garnish)
1/4 cup beef broth 🍲
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 🍶
1 tbsp flour (for thickening)
Salt & pepper 🧂
1 egg (for egg wash) 🍳
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
Heat the olive oil 🫒 in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onions 🧅 and cook until soft and translucent.
Add the ground beef 🥩 and brown until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the top with more beaten egg for a golden crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
