4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
2 large onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
