This Slow Cooker Creamy Tortellini Soup is rich, cheesy, and incredibly comforting. Soft cheese-filled tortellini simmer in a creamy garlic herb broth with vegetables and parmesan for a cozy, restaurant-style soup made effortlessly in your crock pot!

🛒 Ingredients
🥕 Soup Base:
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 carrots (sliced)
2 celery stalks (chopped)
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
🧀 Creamy Finish:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional for extra cheese 😋)
🥟 Main:
500g cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
2 cups spinach (fresh)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Add to Slow Cooker
Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, broth, and seasoning
Stir and cook on LOW 4–6 hours
2️⃣ Make It Creamy
Stir in heavy cream, milk, parmesan, and mozzarella
Mix until smooth and creamy
3️⃣ Add Tortellini
Add tortellini during the last 30–40 minutes of cooking
Let them cook until tender
4️⃣ Finish with Greens
Stir in fresh spinach until wilted
Taste and adjust seasoning
5️⃣ Serve
Top with extra parmesan and black pepper
Serve hot with crusty bread 🥖
