Ingredients:
– 4 filet mignon steaks
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 4 tbsp butter, divided
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup dry white wine
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
2. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
3. In another skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
5. Deglaze the skillet with white wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
6. Stir in the heavy cream, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Remove the skillet from heat. Serve the shrimp scampi over the cooked filet mignon steaks. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
