🛒 Ingredients
For the chicken:

700 g chicken tenders

2 cups buttermilk

2 cups flour

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

Salt & black pepper

Oil for frying

Cane’s-style sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

Black pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

Marinate chicken
Soak chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).

Prepare coating
Mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Coat chicken
Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge well in seasoned flour.

Fry
Heat oil to 175°C (350°F). Fry chicken 5–7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
