4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
FOR THE ONION GRAVY:

1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Make the Bangers (Sausages):
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausages and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
Mash the potatoes with butter and milk, adding salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.
Make the Onion Gravy:

Assemble & Serve:
Serve sausages over mashed potatoes, pouring the onion gravy on top.
